It was their desire to form an organization that would not only meet the spiritual needs of a community, but focus on a holistic approach to ministry. They committed to serving the Hunts Point community with things like clothes drives, food for the hungry, toys for kids at Christmas time, sports programs for teenagers, and weekend art programs for children.

New Season has actively been involved in different programs for the people of Hunts Point. In this past year they have served over 100 families in our clothing drives, fed over 300 people in our Thanksgiving Dinner, gave toys to 200 children, serve 20 pre-teens every Saturday in a Boxing program, and provide an art program for over 20 children during weekend church services.

Realizing that there was such a great need in the community for these services, a separate organization was founded in 2009 called New Season Outreach. This organization will function to continue these programs, identify additional needs, and focus on providing a positive impact on the children and families of Hunts Point.
