Community Healthcare Network’s Teens PACT invites you to showcase your program at our New Year, New You party on December 30, 2009. Please take advantage of this unique opportunity to highlight your program and offer positive messages to over 300 youth participants. Each program will have the opportunity to get on the mic for a 2-3 minute presentation. Please fill out the attached form and return it to Teens PACT at teenspact@chnnyc.org no later than December 28th!
Join the party! You and your youth are welcome to distribute your organization’s information on the dance floor!
Cant make it? For those organizations that would like to participate but can’t
make the date, feel free to submit your information anyway and Teens PACT will announce it on your behalf. You may also mail or drop off your organization’s outreach materials (organization materials only- please do not include additional educational materials) to our Harlem office at 81 West 115th Street.
